The RBUA was formed in the mid-90’s to better facilitate baseball umpires within Regina at the midget level of baseball and higher. The original purpose was to provide a structured set of principals to which the leagues and the umpires themselves could follow. In the last few years the association has grown to encompass all umpires involved with baseball in Regina. Our current list of leagues are Baseball Regina, Regina Midget League, QVBL, and the WMBL. The RBUA has members from the grass roots system all the way up to international standings. With the experience of the current executive, the future looks very promising.
